I think I know what you meant, and you know, it’s kinda hard to find, because even when Min is the dominant one in the relationship, he bottoms when it comes to sex. Really, I saw that many times. So, a totally bottom!Kyu is really rare to find. But here are some:

The Tinman’s Tale is one of my favorites Kyumin fanfics ever, seriously, I love everything about it <3 the desperate way Kyuhyun comes to Min in the end is just pure love, and it always makes me tear up ;.;

I think the last fic I recommended Normal Life (post) and 禁菸區 (aka smoke free zone) (post), Sungmin has the upper hand in the relationship but he bottoms, so, I don’t know if it’s that what you want.

If anyone knows others good fics with bottom!Kyu, recommend it, please :D I want to read some of those too ^^ Ah and I hope you enjoy them :)
